Archived Classes View Student Instructions
Students Students retain access to a class for four months after the end of each semester, at which time links to the class will be removed from their Class Lists. How to Add Students to an Archived Class
Faculty Access to each semester's classes will be removed for a few days during the archiving process and then returned to your Class Lists for a year. Your Class List will then display two lists of links: One list of the new semester's classes and one list of archived classes. One year after a class has been archived it will be automatically moved to off-line storage.
How to Have Your Class Returned to Your Class List After Archiving In special cases, restoration of archived classes on production servers will be considered on a limited basis and should be directed, in writing, to your academic director or program chair.
Restoration requests must be completed by an Academic Director or Course Chair and submitted to 360 Support with the following information:
- Course, for example 0709AMBA6039040
- Full Name and WebTycho User Name of the Person Requesting Access
- Date Access is Needed
- How Long Access will be Needed
- Reason for Restoration Request: (Please be as detailed as possible)
